Reagan R. Smith graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B. S. in Accounting (1999) and a Master of Professional Accountancy (2000) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas.
Reagan joined Murex Petroleum Corporation in 2014. Previously, she was Controller of Upstream Operations at Eagle Rock Energy, LP; Financial Reporting Controller at EMCORE Corporation and Audit Practice Manager at Grant Thornton, LLP in Albuquerque, New Mexico and KPMG, LLP in Houston, Texas. She has extensive knowledge in SEC reporting and US GAAP compliance.
She lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and four children.
